This place is usually my favorite. I went in and got the Caramel Truffle ice cream. While eating it I found a legit piece of rubber in it. And it wasn’t very small. I went up front to let them know just so someone else didn’t get the same thing. I was told I could get a refund and she apologized. She kind of walked away so I stayed to ask if I could get the refund but she said she couldn’t do that because of something with their system. Instead I got more ice cream.
