Had some free scoops and went to check two out with it. They usually scanned it but they didn’t this time. Then only made it known now that you could only have one free scoop at a time. Paid for the second scoop, but they took my free scoop card with two more free scoops left. Honestly just a hassle and not very well managed.
Beware, especially if you need a cake for a special occasion! They lost my custom pizza cake order for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered online and received confirmation went to pick it up and they couldn’t even find the order in their system (the night before my husband even talk to someone in person who pulled up our order and confirmed it… however 24 hrs later no one could tell us what happened) .
