Horrible staff, very rude - they did the mistake of not making the banana split right and giving reasons / they are not trained how to manage customers - BR31 is one of our favorite but will never go to this store - suggest the same to others as well around here
Five stars for the new Baskin-Robbins on Tuckerton! This place is a dream come true for ice cream lovers! With their classic 31 flavors, there's truly something for everyone, and every scoop we tried was delicious. Beyond the amazing ice cream and cakes the new location itself is beautiful and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy your treat. And the staff? Incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole experience even sweeter. Highly recommend checking out this new Baskin-Robbins on Tuckerton Road.
Ordered a birthday / ice cream cake for my sons 13th birthday. When I picked it up, it had the wrong name on it and the baker took a spoon to remove the wrong name leaving indentions and quickly wrote the correct name on top. My receipt clearly stated the correct spelling of the name. I had a kids party starting soon so I had no time to wait for them to properly redo it and correct it. Paid Full price for damaged Cake. Disappointing.
The teenagers that work here don’t wear gloves. I was handed my cone with a bare hand touching my ice cream scoop. It grossed me out and made me never want to come back.
