Went tonight to get 2 scoops of no sugar added pineapple coconut. 1 scoop in a bowl. I wentvthru the drivethru. I got home and went to give a family member their ice cream and it's not no sugar added coconut pineapple. They are a diabetic. They arecafraid to eat it . Didn't know if no sugar added. The person working the window asked if wanted lid on it. That was strange as they have never asked me if I wanted q lid on it. I am so put out . Have wasted my money. Amazing staff and wonderful place! I truly appreciate the hard work that goes into making a store like this!
The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because when I walked in the employees do not speak they just look at you. When I walk into a place of business before I even take 3 steps I want to be greeted. The ice cream is great but the customer service needs improvement. It was a guy I don’t know his name but he was really nice and telling me about the ice cream. I will be going back very soon so hopefully I get a warm WELCOME.
Tried all the latest flavors then stumbled upon Moms Making Cookies! This is now my new favorite Baskin-Robbins flavor. Super clean facility and very fast service.
