This Baskin Robbins is always a treat to go to! From when it was back in Cabin John to now at this location, it’s always a great place to get a sweet treat! I also love the cake selection, my go-to when looking for a custom birthday cake or for any occasion
Nice and friendly service
We just stopped by Seven Locks location for milkshakes at 945pm but the gentleman behind the counter not in uniform with no name tag told us he couldn't make them because it took too long to clean the equipment. Google states this establishment closes at 10 but apparently the store closes at 930. This is unacceptable excuses and misinformation. I'm only giving two stars because my nephew was able to get ice cream. Please fix your hours and you just lost a customer. I'll take my money elsewhere.
