Had issues ordering a cake online and was double charged. When I arrived to pick up the cake, they made 2 cakes, I explained my difficulty with ordering online and the employee called the manager for me requesting a refund. The manager refused because it was a “custom cake ordered at different pick up times. Horrible customer service very rude did not get my order right and when I complained to the company, they still said it was my fault and backed up the employee.
Went in to purchase a milk shake and was attended quickly and had great service will be back
Adrian was really helpful and provided very friendly customer service when my daughter and I stopped by this location. Very conveniently located near sushi, panda, burgers, pizza, deli delicious, Starbucks and the 99 freeway.
