Employee was working on her own she was very fast and caring
I visited the Baskin-Robbins in Glendora on 8/22/25 around 9:10pm, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee who helped us was rude and dismissive, especially toward my 9-year-old daughter who simply wanted to try a flavor before choosing her ice cream. Instead of being patient, he limited her and made her feel uncomfortable. At checkout, he became visibly irritated when I used my rewards to pay. I don't understand why my kids like this place so much. As for me I've really never liked BR. One their ice cream is not the greatest and way overpriced. If you pay attention on the pints that are already packed for example on the gold medal ribbon they hardly put any caramel in it, they also do this for other flavors of ice cream. Now when you're in the store the ones they serve you there those do have lots of caramel, so I'm not sure if this is done purposely by BR but really not worth the money when they skimp out. $11.48 for TWO scoops of ice cream in a cup, nothing else. One child's and one regular and the price board was turned off. You can buy TWO 1/2 gallons of ice cream at the grocery store for this price. We're done coming here.
