Overpriced for the servings they give. I ordered twice separately (purposely)… how is a kids scoop the same as a double ?? lol these owners are a joke, and they scold their employees when they see them serving more than the owners desire. They even remove them from their task to do it on their own.
Having one employee on the weekends to run both sides is crazy. It’s unfortunate how much the owners don’t care about their employees, let alone the service their customers are receiving. Mobs of families coming in pressing the employees while the owners are no where to be found. Shoutout to the girl working who’s name was Karla. I can tell she was doing the best that she could. Shame on the higher ups. Thank you for my Cappuccino blast Karla. It was great.
Card skimmer at the register. I hadn’t used my debit card in weeks and made a purchase here and two hours later I had multiple transactions where the merchant had physically typed in my card information and used it somewhere else. My bank confirmation that it was after this purchase my card was copied and able to be used.
Like many other reviews mention, the customer service here was terrible. Only one employee was working while a line formed out the door. The owner — a large Indian man — openly yelled at the employee about her scoop sizes being “too big,” all while she was rushing to keep up with orders. It was extremely unprofessional. I paid $10 for a single scoop that was already melting, likely because the store’s AC wasn’t working, and the portion was tiny for the price. Oh my goodness. The line was so long and slow. There were (2) workers behind the counter helping the same person one at a time. Then, I saw the lady take some ice cream out with a spoon and started eating it in front of all of us. Day: Sunday 8-17-25 Time: 5:00pm
