Customer service is everything to me and it’s becoming a bygone trait in a lot of restaurants these days. This specific Baskin-Robins is apparently no different. Walked in 7/27 about 1245 pm. Employee was busy doing other work (completely understandable). But when she finally walked up to me I said “hi, how’s it going”… she just stared blankly at me… then continued to just stare blankly. Two years later we're back. This time we tried the flavor flight which we thought is a great deal with each scoop coming up to about $2.50 vs their regular scoop which even for kids isore than $4! . . . Tried the tiger milk bubble tea today and it was surprisingly good but oh so pricey for even a small one!
I been there about six or seven times usually always had a great experience but the last couple times the ice cream servings had been really small
Just left this place! And damn why have young workers work there that don’t know how to write on a cake, or better yet not trained, come on! Also they don’t know how to pay with two different credit cards on their credit machine, felt like I was back in old school days! Please have a manager train these young people!!!!
