This place has the worst customer service out of all the stores in this area. Extremely sad how unwilling they’re to help customers
Patty made me an amazing cappuccino drink. Definitely coming back.
Simply very sad. Ordered a pint of ice cream and a Sunday. Tip was written in for 10 dollars and the Grub Hub drivers certainly deserve it. They showed up with the Sunday, no pint, but charged my card in full stating they din't have the flavor ice cream I ordered. Asked Gomez why didn't you call and let us know and offer a different favor. Answer was, we're way too busy....Hmmm, a simple call offering a different flavor would've been simple. Called the store and said I will not accept a partial order as I've been charged in ... read more
