my brother and I came in for milkshakes, they tell us they have no milk. How does an ice cream shop not have milk? and the customer service wasn't great either really slow and she didn't seem sorry that we waited in line for 20 minutes to then be told they have no milk, at least put a sign up.
Went to Baskin Robbins on Oakdale Rd tonight in Modesto, CA. I waited while the two girls continued to wait on everyone behind me and ignore me. I finally spoke up and said "excuse me, is anyone going to wait on me or continue to help everyone that comes in behind me". I said "I have cash and I just want a soft serve". The girl waited on me and gave me the sloppiest, ugliest, half cone I have ever seen. I shouldn't have paid for it, but I did. I am not happy one bit!
