The A/C was not running much to the point where it was more comfortable sitting outside in the shade then in the store. On top of this all of their ice creams were being served partially melted because of this. Not very impressed....
This place sucks. Stand at the glass for 5 minutes and the workers help everyone else but me
I checked in a few days ago and had a wonderful time thanks to the blissfully chic and refreshing Professional Order of this Special Neighborhood Ice Cream Parlor! BR online order system is absurdly unorganized and inefficient. Couple it with incompetent staff. First, they couldn't find the order even with an order number. When they did find it, turns out they ran out of the type of ice cream pizza I had already paid for. The manager/employee had no idea what to do and simply wrote a handwritten note that said "refunded 5/26 Sandra - Manager." Epitome of idiocracy.
I’ve been coming to this establishment since I can remember the menu sure has changed then they have a lot of items. The weather has been really hot lately so we decided to get a cold treat we ordered a mangoada and a Cappy beverage. They were both really refreshing. The customer service is excellent. The interior has great AC, with indoor and outdoor seating. Sit down and enjoy your treat. We will definitely be visiting this summer
