I am extremely disappointed by the experience my family and I had at your Baskin-Robbins location on Wednesday, May 20, between approximately 8:00–8:30 PM. The employee was a African American Male. No nametag worn. We came in simply to enjoy ice cream together as a family, but instead we were treated in a degrading, uncomfortable, and highly unprofessional manner by one of your employees.
