Shah is truly a top-notch owner and manager! She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my son’s birthday cake and was extremely kind and accommodating with the gift card. Her customer service and willingness to help really stood out. This is our weekly go-to Baskin-Robbins, and it’s always a great experience. They have an amazing selection of all the Baskin-Robbins ice cream flavors, and the staff is always welcoming. Shah is a big reason this location stands out. Highly recommend this store!
Had a great experience at Baskin Robbins! The ice cream was delicious, I had the mangonada 10/10 the service was very nice and friendly, and everything was clean. Highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat
This place never has the flavors I want. Rude and bad customer service
The workers hand touches the icecream when scooping and are careless and they dont follow policy as they dont wear gloves with the scooping hand
