We had a super scooper, and the ice cream was delicious. This was the final stop on a great father-daughter outing.
Numerous times ( more then 6 different occasions ) stopped in for Chocolate Ice Cream and to find out they have none. To me that's just stupid. Service is absolutely terrible. Constantly being overcharged. Food is ok if you can get it.
I used to go to Baskin Robbins all the time. I guess they're so money hungry now that they give you tiny servings with big prices! I was a good customer until they got stingy!
On Saturday June 9th my son and I stopped for a treat. Tatian & Jaliyah gave us wonderful customer service. The location was CLEAN and welcoming. They GREETED us as soon as we walked in. (Something that I love!) My questions were answered about the product being pork free=KOSHER. I was even directed to a sign for assurance. I have managed several types of stores and I know excellent customer service when I receive it. Thank You ladies for adding the cherry to our Visit.
I ordered a specialty birthday cake and instead of putting the birthday person's name on the cake, they put MY name -- the name of the person ordering -- on the cake. And then the morons there said they couldn't fix it. You might think they'd offer me a concession on the price in lieu of their enormous blunder, but no. They gave me my receipt and told me there was a $1.00 coupon on the back for my next visit. Ha! As if I'd ever spend another penny in that place. I HATE that location. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
