Comically bad. Like a restaurant from hell. My partner asked for a mint chocolate chip milkshake and was told they had it in stock. Great! Instead of being transparent and telling us they did not have enough of the favor, they mixed it in with another ice cream (without our permission), and instead of filling it to the top they poured maybe 2 cm of whip cream to "fill" it up. This has happened to us before sadly. The only way this will change is if it is addressed by corporate.
Ask for a banna split with all chocolate ice cream and all regular toppings and no cherry gave my cherries and the took them off and didn't give me just chocolate toppings they don't listen to there customers
Negative stars When we walked in, my mom asked if there were any sugar-free flavors. The only person who even acknowledged us was Kristian; the other employee was busy turning a broom in circles and couldn’t be bothered to make eye contact or help. Kristian reluctantly took our order with minimum enthusiasm, and at one point even dropped a scoop while trying to keep her long, uncontained hair from falling into the ice cream. I keep trying to support this location because it is near my office. The customer service is horrible every time and never seems to improve. I just sat in the drive thru 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and never got a response. I drove around and walked inside. There were two people working and when I asked why they didn’t take my order, they looked at me like I was the problem.
