Ice cream sells itself, but not at this location. The store is managed so poorly. Today, they were closed at least an hour before closing hours. I received the attention of an employee at the window and ask why. I was told "the ice cream is frozen". Supposedly it was frozen solid and unscoopable.

First time here and the service was horrible. Walked in nobody acknowledged my daughter or I finally a young man walked up took our order. Paid, no thank you come again anything. You could tell they did not want to be there. For a first time experience, won't ever go to another

TERRIBLE! It is absolutely TRUE that they have NOTHING! They never have the flavor you want even something as simple as vanilla or chocolate. I asked for three different flavors and each time i was told they were out. It got to a point i had to ask "well what the hell do you have?" waste of time. always has been and will continue to be. they should close and replace it with something else.

Baskin Robbins Cedar Hill is the worst ever. How are you an ice cream shop and you are out of the most basic flavors...This is not the first, second or third time this has happened to me. I chalked it up to you have kids running thst store but this right here was the last straw for me....just file bankruptcy immediately. You will never get my money again.
