RecommendedIce Cream is Great. Service is Great.
Ordered a quart of bubblegum ice cream and it was half full. Not packed like it should have been. so pissed. should have checked before we left....go to Foutainville instead.
Was told I could not get a oreo layered sundae with a different ice cream, unless I wanted to pay an extra dollar... what?! That doesn’t make any sense at all, the scoops are the same price, why can’t I change the ice cream flavor? Oh, and they were out of cookies and cream ice cream anyways. I love Baskin Robins ice cream, my favorite is Worlds Class Chocolate! I’ll have to figure out how to order a ‘oreo layered sundae’ on my own I guess.
Horrible customer service. Took my sons to get a treat for dessert. One wanted a banana split. The guy that was standing behind the counter did not smile, did not say hello, nothing. When I told him what my son wanted, he acted like it was a big inconvenience for him. He then walked to the back of the store without saying anything. Went here earlier today with my bf and the older lady that is a employee there looked at us and walked to the back of the store, no hello, no smile or anything. So we stood there and waited for someone to come assist us. But shortly after a few minutes of us waiting, a another man walks into the store and she hurrys from the back and greets this man with a smile and asks him if he needed help picking a ice cream. We go all the time. There is sometimes a wait but that’s more because of over crowding in Midland and there is never enough reliable staff. The staff always does the best they can to keep up with the crowds and my kids love it. We have been going for years, it’s a tradition to have Ice cream Friday’s with the kids after a long school week. 👍

I haven't been to a Baskin Ribbins in over 3 years. Stopped in with my boys and it was even more delicious than I remember. Friendly gal at the drive up window. Definitely will go back.
Do not ever ever go to this store. Had a sign on the door lobbu closed. Use drive thur. After waiting 15 mins in drive thru a guy comes out and says. Closed for plumming issues. And wasnt going to serve anyone else. This is the same baskin robbins who lost my daughter's birthday cake order last month and had to by one of the shelve that was premade that she really didn't want. Then they didnt even offer me a discount. Never again will i go here and it isnt because of the product but the service....
