Disappointing Customer Service Experience Tonight, we decided to grab some Baskin-Robbins after dinner. We’ve been coming to the Georgetown location at least 5–8+ times a year and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, tonight was very different. I ordered a scoop of Rocky Road in a small cup, along with a scoop of Butter Pecan and a scoop of Cookie Dough in a waffle bowl. Wow! This place needs some serious employee training, because the two girls working decided to close the store at 9:15 p.m. tonight instead of 10:00 p.m. They locked the doors right in front of me, and when I drove around to the drive-thru they said we close at 9:30 p.m. it was 9:15 p.m. at the time. Their website says 10:00 p.m. as well. They are so rude in this store!
Asked for a chocolate shake, got essentially chocolate milk. Next time I will ask for a remake.
Good selection of ice cream flavors. Waffle cones are always a good choice.
