Great ice cream very expensive
I’ve been here so many times and they’re consistently out of cookies and cream. We stopped coming here because of this very reason. Went today to try again and they were out. Will definitely not be returning back. So disappointed. If you’re out of a flavor, you could post it on the drive through sign so someone doesn’t wait in line for 10 minutes while you are helping others, just to find you are out of ice cream.
Katie(employee) serve us ice cream during are visit.She was so kind and thoughtful.She went to the back and got ice cream for us that wasnt on display. After describing it to us because they was outof Twix ice cream.This is the first time coming I recieve Great customer services.She was customer minded.
The only good thing was that they eventually gave my money back. Ordered and paid for a pre-made mint cookie crunch ice cream cake online. Arrived at the given time to pick it up. Language was a problem, but eventually they brought a cake up - covered with my printed online receipt. I pulled the receipt back and saw that they were trying to pass off a vanilla cookie dough cake. It took a lot of discussion and asking to speak to the manager before I got my money back.
