Worst customer service ever! Read the bad reviews they are accurate. The only thing worse than their service was the fact that you couldn't leave a zero star review
Someone close this store please. Waste of our time. Not only was it the closest but out of cookie dough. I can deal with that being last of the day to order. I would have liked the oreo mixed with chocolate chip and hot fudge like we agreed on the phone but these idiots gave me solid chocolate ice cream with a cookie of smashed oreo . I never asked once for chocolate ice-cream. No spoons or napkins came with upon delivery. Skip this store for anyone else out there ! Good luck!
waited almost an hour for a scoop of ice cream and a milkshake. the lobby was dirty, trash and melted ice cream on the tables. i'd probably just go to a different location
Enjoyed the ice cream and coffee... but then used the washroom. In no possible way has this washroom floor seen a mop in at least several days. Not just the typical dirt from "sprinkles" either... dried on DIRT.
Tell your workers to stop showing up high. If they stop showing up high, they might not charge customers for the wrong things.
