It was fine a few days ago. A normal DD experience. Today, however, they served me a sour milk iced matcha latte which took a few sips to realize was spoiled. No customer service! We had questions. No one to ask. We wanted to get Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, and the only ordering option was the kiosk. We tried several times to place an order, but only saw the Dunkin Donuts menu. We even asked other customers using the kiosk and they didn’t know how to order ice cream on the kiosk. So maddening! We left and are driving to another Baskin Robbins. Hopefully we can get ice cream there.
The curly hair girl with red hair , the Latin one . She is such a nice girl when she took my order inside the store , and made my coffee the absolute best.
I’m the only car in line and I was still asked to pull ahead and wait. For what?! I’m the only one here.
