This place should shut down. I ordered from DoorDash, they accepted my order and kept me waiting like an hour and ended up canceling it. Best wishes to their bankruptcy and broke of whoever took my order.
Did an online order today and said my order was done by a certain time, but when I arrived it wasn’t done and they hadn’t even began making it. I waited another 20-25 mins in store while the guy making my order was talking on the phone. He didn’t make my sundae right and, ultimately, I did not get what I paid for. They were out of so much stuff! The person making my order acted like he didn’t know what he was doing or just blatantly did not care. Will not be going back.
If I could give this place Zero Stars I would !🙄 Horrible Management and the whole place is a disaster.
The service here is a joke. Two guys closed last night. One was standing around, staring at my friend and I while we waited for service while the other served the guy in front of us. After the other customer left, we were ignored. No hello, no get out, nothing. I guess they were hoping we would just walk out if they ignored us entirely. Once they figured out we weren't leaving, they decided to finally serve us.
