The people working, though playful banter was used, called each other out on things that weren’t necessary in front of customers. The lady who seemed to be the one in charge rudely cut off my wife answering a question the guy who was working as well. They didn’t seem to be the most mature people to work there
RecommendedFor years my family and I have been loyal customers to this location. In Ocala Florida it is the best place to find real ice cream at a reasonable price, with a great selection and friendly staff. Having Dunkin Donuts as its partnered store is just a perk. Enjoy Ocala!
nice clean place and friendly staff
No spoons in the entire store to eat our dish of ice cream. Waited a good 5 min or more to find out. Floor in the hallway had water all over it. I almost fell. I put up yellow wet signs and tried to notify the manager but couldn't get anyone attention even with only 3 customers. The water was still on the floor when we left. We won't be back to that store.
My sundae was delicious! The girl working the counter was very helpful as I had never been there before. Will definitely return !
Went there the other night 12/31/17 and they were out of vanilla ice cream and cake cones. How does a place that advertises 31 flavors run out of the most basic flavor and cones?
The guy who had a headset on yesterday afternoon around 3 was awesome with my granddaughter. Helped her pick out everything and let her pay....She's 6... Awesome job....
