The young Hispanic male with the black earring is completely rude and has no idea of what customer service is. I would recommend going anywhere but here if you want a half decent level of service.
This location always screws up cake orders! Triple check your order. They called me three times to verify the order and still messed up!
Very rude. They clearly have no experi now customer service. Don’t waste your money on people who don’t treat customers right.
