I frequently go on this branch and staff was courteous. Recently their staff got changed they didn't honor my free birthday scoop that scoop they have given me is of bigger size and one mentioned on it is not available. Hence I will have to pay. I did that but I am never going back again.
My favorite place for ice cream ...wish we had one up in Gainesville where I live! We used to have one years ago, but it closed and we have another chain which I do not like!
