I went into the store to ask about purchasing a tub of ice-cream. The girl did not know about the flavour, had an awful attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager to order the ice-cream, she said she was not the manager. I asked her name and she said she didn’t have one. I then asked if I could have a couple donuts, to which she told me to leave the store. So I took a photo to ensure when I contacted someone they knew who I was speaking about. No customer service skills at all!

More customer service training needed! If a customer comes into your establishment and shows a promotion from your app for the designated day and time. No questions asked...you should honor it! Not make a customer who frequents your establishment weekly feel like they are lying or taking something from you! Your company puts out a promotion.....HONOR IT!!!! My family & I won't be back
Delicious ice cream, however the employees scooping the ice cream NEVER wear gloves. I have noticed this for well over a year. A few months ago, a male employee had to make a waffle bowl for my order. When it was done, he used his bare fingertips to pull the waffle from the iron. DISGUSTING! No gloves, no money from me. Please wear gloves while touching cones and while making waffle cones/bowls.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE ARE NO CAKES CONES AVAILABLE?! Ughhhh! You've lost a customer!
My 1st experience was a okay. However, when I told the gentleman about what I didn't like, he immediately apologized n compensated me. I think that's great customer service.
This place always has bad service. They are always out of something.
