Rude staff in the afternoon with little to no help with ordering.
They didn’t have anything. Everything was not available. No almonds, Oreo, coconut, no cookies & cream. Worse location I’ve been too.
I just ordered using DoorDash. They literally put all type of ice cream available online, but it’s not available i ordered What seems to be full size Oreo cookies sundaes cookie dough sundae and Reesie’s sundae plus a brownie sundae Nothing was available so they had me talk with somebody about substitution and then after confirming, they told me I was good and turned around and canceled my entire order on DoorDash. They was even trying to give me less for what I paid for telling me that I can only get one scoop of ice cream ... read more
Drive-thru insanely impatient. The inside closes 1 hour before the drive-thru, and they don't list their ice cream flavors on the marquee. Constantly asking "anything else" after each item is so rude. Just wait for the customer to say "and that's all." I will tell everyone to go to a different location. Oh, and no mint chocolate chip, which is a top 3 flavor across the country....
