Ordered a milkshake and I was served a cup of milk. They put one scoop of ice cream in it. I'm convinced this is normal practice. A previous customer voiced their concern, that you have to tell the extra thick. I'm not saying that it's a milkshake not a milk drink. Please stop ripping people off. This is UNACCEPTABLE because I'm sure if I came back you wouldn't offer me a refund so stop TAKING PEOPLE MONEY AND GIVING POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS‼️
Lucky, our cashier, was very kind. The store was closing & she was very patient with us as we took a minute to see the full menu and place our order.
