I tried to order a shake, ask for a chocolate and peanut butter shake. "I'm sorry, we are out of peanut butter and chocolate, in fact I don't have any regular chocolate ice cream either. All I have is winter white chocolate." ok, can I please get a vanilla shake and add peanut butter topping and hot fudge. "oh, I'm sorry I'm out of vanilla ice cream!" I mean seriously?!! how can an ice cream shop be out of basic ice cream flavors?!! Cook -Out got my business!
service is horrible and never actually have anything that's on the menu
I had two scoops of rainbow sherbet and it was so good!
They never have any food you want to order. They say they are out of something or no longer make it even though they still advertise it. You go back a week or two later and order it they have it all the sudden and are still making it. They rip you off with any ice cream order. Then you try to tell them an they talk to you like your dumb. Cant even get the toppings right on an ice cream order. Do not go here.
