Mixed Review-Depending on who is working drive thru the drinks either are made perfect (usually by a guy named Vinny in the afternoon) or just plain horrible. They now charge 25 cents for whipped cream also. The coolatta machine has been broke for weeks now. The manager Michelle seems to always have an attitude especially when you drive thru twice to tell her the drink was not made to your liking when in reality they should be fixing it with a smile and wanting to keep you as a customer.
What s horrible dunkin donuts! Employees are rude and its dirty. Been there a few.times and they always manage to messed up my very simple order. Ill be going to the 1 by harris teeter from now on

have severe and xlarge kidney stones and one of the side effects is not being able to tolerate food well.The main thing that has saved me has been cappicino blasts(mocha) I get one 4 and 5 times a week at hwy 278 in Covington-they are always very courteous and friendly but the past few months if I go to get one after 6PM I will be out of luck cause they tell me they are out of blast mix?????So I live in Social Circle and have to go to Salem Rd.Can this be true so very often?They told me it couldn`t be at Salem Rd.which is a ... read more

I came into your store on Thursday 2/25/10 Lovely store clean. I ordered a donut aand coffee latte Iced. The girl waiting was busy clowning around with another girl. She forgot to give me my donut so I had to ask for it again. I asked about the coffee in bags how much is it. I never got an answer. So I asked again she was talking to another girl that works there, so I didnt get an answer. I had a 12.15 doctors appnt across the street so I left. It was a good donut. Didnt care for that coffee latte but donuts great.
One of the few chains I dont hate. But they are better in New England. Someone needs to tell them to stop putting syrp in the iced coffee
