Extremely rude, could not understand language and then he hung up, lady answered and was very short and abrupt, worst customer service ever and I will never go to the place anymore
To be clear, I love people of all cultures and heritage. I enjoy talking about people's languages and cultures and personally love accents. However, I literally could not understand more than 10% of what was said today in this store. I tried to ask the employees to slow down, indicating I was having a hard time understanding them through their accent. They did not slow in the slightest. I had a few questions and wanted to get a few samples, but was so frustrated I ended up ordering my fallback choice and leaving.
I wish I could give them less than one star. I just got out of the hospital and I wanted ice cream for me and my kids.Well not only did it come without a bag It wasn't even what I ordered. I had to go back up there 6 mi away and get it made right which I never should have had to do in the first place. What I was supposed to get versus what I got
Not much for customer service. The ice cream is ok though.
The hash browns n bacon n cheese omelet bites are very good
