What a joke of a cone I got today. It was like a baby scoop placed way down in my waffle cone. You would think your workers would feel silly and ashamed to serve this. There are way to many other places that will serve you what you pay for! Never coming back again.

the Baskin-Robbins in Bay City Michigan was fabulous today! The lady behind the counter was so pleasant and helpful to me and my lovely Mom! A brand new ice cream flavor had arrived this morning that she has never seen before! We had a little taste test, and we were sold! The flavor is called Bourbon Street Pecan Pie!!!! IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! AAA+++😁

Stopped in with my kids to get ice cream last night. Out if 3 coolers of ice cream over half of the containers were flipped upside empty.
