Today this. Basket robbins put a bug in my. Milkshake, and also they gave me the wrong flavor, now they won't answer their phone, don't go to Baskin Robbins on telegraph in Dearborn Heights Mi. I should sew them for what they did to me. Put a bug in my milkshake, this gave me anxiety. I have to drive 5 miles back up here
The Indian girl is full of attitude. Everytime we went there she was very horrible. I hated Dunkin and basket because of her. She does have any good manner
Ugly attitude
First off the customer service was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced! The lady that took care of us was not helpful at all in any way. She didn’t ask how we wanted the ice cream. We asked for a kid scoop and got charged for a single scoop. When we got to the window we saw it was in a cup, we asked if we could get it in a sugar cone considering she never asked or came to the window to ask before it was made and told us to put it in the cone ourselves and was very rude about it.
