Waited in line for almost 15 min at the spot to order, had to keep my window down to hear and it was pouring down rain so my car got soaked, finally someone told me I could order and I tried to order ice cream for my kids and they said they have no ice cream. Like take a second to put up a sign or something how terrible.

The customer service was horrible. We initially called for directions, and the person who answered the phone responded with, “look it up online, I’m busy”, and hung up the phone. Once there, the ice cream was half melted and the tables were very dirty.
