I took my family to this location today and had a great experience. The lady was very attentive and kind. She spoiled my son today and left a great impression on all of us.
I highly recommend avoiding custom cake orders at this location. I placed an order for a custom ice cream cake for my 11-year-old son, but when we arrived at the scheduled pickup date and time, the staff was unable to locate it. Despite repeatedly presenting my receipt as requested, the issue was not resolved appropriately. Very poor service the person that I tried to place my order with could barely speak English. I asked for a quart of jamoca ice cream. He made up a quart of jamoca almond fudge, I told him that I was wanted regular jamoca he then told me they didn't have regular jamaica , even after I called ahead of time to check! I also asked for a quart of chocolate peanut butter, I had to point out which one that was, and then when I asked him to weigh it. I should have read reviews prior to ordering an ice cream cake from this location. My son was excited for his spider man ice cream cake for his 3rd birthday. The cake was supposed to have a face with light up eyes. We even paid for a collectible cake topper. What we received was a half circle covered in red frosting with a spider web drawn on. Customer service is atrocious. I ordered a polar pizza for my daughter's birthday and when I went in the pick it up, the man at the register shrugged and said they don't have any while looking at his copy of my pre-paid order. When I asked why no one called or emailed me to let me know since they ask for that information his response was "what do you want me to do? We don't have it" and just stood there. He never offered a refund and acted annoyed when I asked for it. I will never go to this location again.
