GROSS! Ordered two ice creams to go in a cup and when he put lids on top of the cups wipes the ice cream off under the lids with his fingers then proceeds to LICK his fingers!!!!!! I was too shocked to say anything but wow. Lazy service too! Please run and go to the Baskin Robbins in Sterling Heights by HMart.
I took my family to this location today and had a great experience. The lady was very attentive and kind. She spoiled my son today and left a great impression on all of us.
I highly recommend avoiding custom cake orders at this location. I placed an order for a custom ice cream cake for my 11-year-old son, but when we arrived at the scheduled pickup date and time, the staff was unable to locate it. Despite repeatedly presenting my receipt as requested, the issue was not resolved appropriately. Instead of issuing a refund for the missing order, I was simply told to select a generic alternative from the display freezer. My son was deeply disappointed to leave without his requested cake. Very poor service the person that I tried to place my order with could barely speak English. I asked for a quart of jamoca ice cream. He made up a quart of jamoca almond fudge, I told him that I was wanted regular jamoca he then told me they didn't have regular jamaica , even after I called ahead of time to check! I also asked for a quart of chocolate peanut butter, I had to point out which one that was, and then when I asked him to weigh it.
