Very poor service the person that I tried to place my order with could barely speak English. I asked for a quart of jamoca ice cream. He made up a quart of jamoca almond fudge, I told him that I was wanted regular jamoca he then told me they didn't have regular jamaica , even after I called ahead of time to check! I also asked for a quart of chocolate peanut butter, I had to point out which one that was, and then when I asked him to weigh it. I should have read reviews prior to ordering an ice cream cake from this location. My son was excited for his spider man ice cream cake for his 3rd birthday. The cake was supposed to have a face with light up eyes. We even paid for a collectible cake topper. What we received was a half circle covered in red frosting with a spider web drawn on. Customer service is atrocious. I ordered a polar pizza for my daughter's birthday and when I went in the pick it up, the man at the register shrugged and said they don't have any while looking at his copy of my pre-paid order. When I asked why no one called or emailed me to let me know since they ask for that information his response was "what do you want me to do? We don't have it" and just stood there. He never offered a refund and acted annoyed when I asked for it. I will never go to this location again.
Bad service. Store dirty. I want to try order and they yelling on me and I also bough the ice cream any how it’s melted like creamer. This place not worth it.
WORST Baskin-Robbins experience ever. I ordered a Monster Cake and what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The colors and making were completely wrong — when I questioned it, the staff casually said, “This is the only blue we have,” with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. I had to go argue to get them to accept a return and get a regular cake instead . To make things worse, I found out they outsource cake making to someone else, which they never disclosed upfront.
