I ordered a large shake and the woman gave me a shake that had a 2 inch gap from the top. they really dont fill the cup at all.

Purchased two 2-scoop cones yesterday. Each had one scoop of rocky road ice cream. My daughter found a huge hair in the middle of the rocky road ice cream. Then, my son found a huge hair running through his scoop of rocky road. So gross. Returned immediately to the store with ice cream in hand and talked to the owner. He gave them new ice cream, but when I explained that $10+ for that experience was unacceptable, he just said too bad and wouldn't refund me or offer a small giftcard for a future visit. We came in with a birthday coupon. We were overcharged. When we asked about the over charge she said "what do you want me to do about it? Did you just want to tell me" Unnecessary to be rude or overcharge. What happened to customer service? We won't be back!
Other than the tables being really dirty the place was great
My husband just watched a customer put her dog on the counter and one of the employees fed it a vanilla sample, pet the dog then go back to touching food without washing hands. Counter didn't get wiped either.

It was my daughter's birthday and all five of us ordered an ice cream cone, and when we were ready to pay, the cashier told us that a customer had already paid for us. I never got to thank the person who did this! That was very sweet!!!! I love this location, everyone is soo nice!
