Jennifer the manager is amazing! I had made an online order a week before, and called the day before to confirm. Turns out my order never processed, and they need a 48 hour turn around as they are so busy. Well I was so bummed as my daughter wanted to surprise her dad with his favorite cake for his birthday. Jennifer immediately said she will make an exception and get it made for us. THANK YOU Jennifer!!!!! A cake can be such a special gesture and we appreciate you!
Waffle cone dipped in chocolate with sprinkles tasted old and not appealing. Ice cream had ice crystals. Not as good as it use to be or the service either.
Posting as someone who has worked here for over 2 years, and I have to say this is probably the cleanest and best-managed location I have seen. Health and safety is top priority, and regulations are closely followed. The management here is great, and the owners make it clear that they love what they do and make sure customers get what they pay for. I would definitely come here often even if I didn't work at this location.
