I came in yesterday and witnessed a situation that was honestly upsetting. A customer was unsure of what to order, and the young employee at the register carefully entered the order exactly as it was explained to her. Afterward, the customer changed her mind and claimed she only wanted the toppings, not the full item. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and I spoke with Sarah and Rebecca. They both were very nice, helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated the kind customer service. I will order from that location again🤩
