Taken 11/17/2018 @ 8PM Absolutely disgusting. There was trash piling over everywhere. Before I walked into the restroom, an employee had just used it. The place was so dirty, we threw away our ice cream and went next door to the pizza place. If the employees are this lazy - could you imagine the condition of their serving utensils?! 🤢 They also left the door to the ice cream open allowing flys into the ice cream portion. Two years later and this still hasn’t been replaced! (Comment section) My son nearly fell into it after he slipped off his seat & it fell forward. The seats , walls and boards also look like they haven’t been wiped down in months!

Awful store, they were more concerned about leaving and closing than anything else and had their friends in the store talking disrespectfully to customers and not acting like adults at all.
They had 32 flavors! bonus! Really appreciate them doing a fundraiser for the school. It was a fun night
Worst store I have ever been into. Went in to get a cake, due to timeframe I was trying to pick from the fridge. No customers in the store and could not get anyones attention for more than a minute. Seems the server would rather mess around and talk to the 2 boys that came in there just to entertain her than to actually do her job.. Jumping around, yelling, being disruptive. Thus, I went to Coldstone. Maybe once the store gets some adult supervision or at least someone mature enough to do their job, then maybe I will go back... read more
Generally friendly servers, although I've come by late for an ice cream and noticed the staff was more concerned about closing up and getting out instead of stocking 5-6 flavors that were empty. Very discouraged by their flavor decisions. There are several "brand" flavors that go little touched (snickers; reeses, etc) - and my favorite that is almost never out, but sells quickly when it's out (lemon custard). I almost always leave 😔
