The absolute worst empty store and still waited 45 min for a coffee
Went to get some ice cream. They told me they had none. Said they had a few sherbet options, but no ice cream. This is the second time this month this has happened. I I tried to call ahead this time, but of course no one answered.
We went in to get the signature scoops advertised with the rainbow sherbet with gummy bears. The ladies working the counter were complaining the whole time we were in the store and talked very poorly to a man with a language barrier. She said “I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.” The man and his son felt awkward and left. She saw our order on the screen and said “ I don’t know what a signature scoop is. What is it?” I explained to her what it was supposed to be and she told me they were out of gummy bears. They were then talking ab... read more
They're out of basically everything and the doughnuts are awful dry. Won't be surprised when they close permanently. Don't waste your time or money.
We came to this location to get cappi blasts of which they were unfortunately unable to make. The gal that helped us was able to find the perfect substitute and was so sweet! The young man at the window was also very friendly. We appreciate the good service today! 6/7/25 around 9:40 am. I wanted to make sure I recognized their service and pleasant attitudes! Its hard to come by these days.
