Stood at the counter for 20 minutes before getting any service, employees in the back are hootin' and hollering, ignoring customers. I know it's this place is already a low bar, but I think it's just gotten even lower. Won't be coming back.
Placed my order on the app only to get there and they were out of one of the products needed for the drink I ordered. Why not show it unavailable on the app? Felt like a bait and switch because they couldn't cancel the order so I was stuck getting a different option I didn't want. I used to come 3-4 times a week, but it go to the point they acted like it was a chore to make it. Now, I won't be back. I'll buy the stuff myself and make it before returning.
Ice cream was good. Server was distracted while helping us. Store looked worn down.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU MONEY WHEN THEYRE OUT OF WHAT YOU ORDERED !! WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO A MANGER !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
