I love getting my Baskin Robbins 🍦🍧🍨✨️ Free ice Cream for my birthday 🎂🎉🎊🥳🎁🎈 in the app. And I love this place for ice cream. Drove a little over an hour lastnight to get a simple vanilla malt and my fiance a sundae. We get there and go to order her sundae and they tell us they're out of fudge, out of bananas, and then proceed to tell us they're out of vanilla ice cream. Who in the heck runs an ice cream shop and runs out of vanilla ice cream of, all flavors?! You can't tell me they didn't have half gallon or pints of ice cream in their fridge. We drove off without ordering anything and they did not apologize or offer anything for the waste of time... read more
I ordered a pie for my husband’s birthday and went to get it and it had not been made. The worker girls acted weird and offered no apology.Called the manager to make sure my refund was being processed and she again offered no apology. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and things get missed but it is just nasty and very poor customer service for no one to even offer an apology!
