The remodel looks amazing, however, the staff needs to be taught how to treat customers. Came in tonight and nobody was in the parking lot. My husband dropped me off at the door since I was just walking in quickly. Before I even made it to the counter the girl working told me to ask him to move the car because he was blocking traffic. They make the drinks wrong, refused to remake or refund. Manager is rude and hateful. Don’t waste your time or energy for this location. This review will not be changed or edited. It will stand!
Great ice-cream!
There website says they open at 11 but we got there and tried going in and they tell us that they don’t open till 12 so we came all way out here and now we have to wait so they either lied to us or they need to change there hrs on the website and this is in Columbia,tn and this is not the first time we be lied to we have called up before and asked them something and they tell us no then we stop by anyway an they had exactly what we asked for but they told us no I also went there and asked for a ice cream and they told me the... read more
