Two of us went here on a Sunday afternoon. We got there around 2:00 and there were 3 people working there. Not a single person acknowledged us to get our order. We waited about 10 minutes until they finally said something to another customer as they walked in the door and tried to get their order before us. Terrible customer service.
Ordered something online and in store they don’t have the items. After we had already paid for it and now will not refund the money.
We just left Baskin Robbin’s in Columbia. The service there was great. The young man was so nice. He spoke clearly and was very friendly and helpful. The young lady was also friendly and helpful. The ice cream of course was delicious but having two young people be so professional at their job was the best.
Some of these ppl customer service are terrible. Lady giving side eye and all didnt wanna do their job. Trying to say they aint got my order while I see it still sitting at the printer. Giving attitude because they dont like their job. Go work at McDonald's or something.
We take our nieces and nephews there for ice-cream and have never been disappointed with the ice-cream or the service.
