Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered a cake for a surprise party and I ended up being the one who was surprised. I cannot believe that they think it is okay to give a customer a cake that looked so terrible! After calling, I received a call back from the decorator who apologized that I didn’t like it, said she had only been decorating for three months, and asked if I would like a refund. Even hung up on me when I asked when the manager would be working.
Not sure what’s going on at this location. Service is horrible making people wait. Then wait and they don’t have what u ask for. They even get it wrong most of time. Was just there waited 4 min said hello to the drive thru mic and the girl said I’m gonna have to wait at least five more min cuz the lobby was full. ��. First drive thru first. Second 2 people is not full. There are 2 of you one couldn’t do THE LOBBY and the other THE DRIVE THRU. Notice 2 people 2 registers. Every time I've come here and ordered my food items, all of which are listed on the menu, I've been met with a standoffish response from a disgruntled employee who says something like, "I guess nobody made that last night." Take them off the menu or do you job. Worst drive-thru experiences of my life.
Twice now I have gone to the Spring Hill Baskin Robbins and they are out of waffle cones. That's crazy. And tonight the guy behind us wanted hot fudge and they said they were out. He said this is twice now you were out. Seems they have a problem. Won't be back
Love BRobbins but good Lord EVERY SINGLE TIME we order they are out of something in the order. Chocolate dipped cones are always out too. :( Sad ice cream face.
I love this store! Addicted to Dunkin. The staff are always pleasant and my coffee always right!
I went to this place the other day, everyone there was so nice. They made my orders very quick, and the cakes are beautiful. I'll be coming here again! Great service.
Service is incredibly slow. However the worst part is that they are always out of bananas. The last three times I've been there to get a banana royale, "I'm sorry we're out of bananas." I'm not going to say that I won't go back because I'm sure I will. But it's going to be awhile before I do.
Stopped in there yesterday (May 2, 2015) and purchased $20 worth of donuts. My favorite is the French cruller. When we got to my daughters house, all 4 of the crullers we bought were stale...................almost like they were day old donuts...very disappointed! This is the second time visiting this location that we have had problems.....
