Was offered a job at the Union location by the manger Montreal at the Elvis Presley location & him & the manager from Union literally wasted my time. The manger at the Union location gave me her word shell speak with Montreal about adding me on. Weeks go by I hear nothing and she constantly telling me shes waiting on Montreal and to finish training someone else then I'll hear from her. She goes on to say she will hire me but hours wont be many because work is low. Still I agree with terms. Im constantly reaching out to them.... read more
Very incompetent staff. Asked for the same order multiple times and still manage to get the order wrong. It's only ice cream lol. I don't order at fast food places like this often do to the fact they always seem to get the order wrong no matter how many times you reiterate what you want. The fact that the staff is not even listening to you is another reason. Attempted to give me the wrong ice cream as I'm literally looking her in the face and saying the type of ice cream I want. On both occasions we went, we were served badly by two different men, and what's more, they prepared what we ordered poorly.
Waiting 30 mins for a scoop of ice cream, what are these managers doing
They take forever, unprofessional,and how do you sell banana split and don’t have any bananas!! And charge for it! The first is what it is suppose to be the 2nd picture is what I received but was charged for a banana split
