RecommendedWent to your Antioch location tonight and there was only one employee, and it was extremely busy. I felt so bad for him! I was amazed by how well he handled the stress. He was very calm and the line was moving fast. I was impressed. After I asked him why he was alone he said two of his coworkers hadn’t shown up and with the steady stream of customers he hadn’t had a chance to call management. You guys definitely hired a winner. He deserves a raise!

I drove to this location to order two cakes for Sunday. Wanted to order and pay so my daughter could pick them up on the way to my house. Was told I could not order the cake in the store. I should call tomorrow morning. The employee said I should try the Antioch Road or Liberty location if I wanted to order in person. The front door has broken glass. I guess safety and customer service is not important. What a waste of time.
