I've been here several times, and have never had any problems/ issues. I love the flavors and the service is good! Once, my niece accidentally dropped her cone on the floor, and they gave her another one at no charge! We go here at least once a month.
This is absolutely NOT the Baskin Robbins I remember when I was a kid. I took my son in there today & I was far from impressed. The menu is a confusing nightmare to try to figure out. I mean the cones or cups are a separate price from the scoops? I'm still not sure what it meant. I do know the prices are ridiculously high for the tiny amount you get the. The flavor I got, triple grape something, was terrible & the waffle cone was bitter & stale. I ended up throwing out about 7/8 of it. Huge waste of money. I'll never be back... read more
I thought the employees were rather rude and not very happy. I didn't get the ice cream i asked for and it cost a little too much for my liking probly won't be going back!
