Ice cream is good but I feel like you don't get enough ice cream for the amount you're paying for...on the expensive side for so little. Also, workers aren't too friendly or enthusiastic about their jobs...
Went last night for the $1.31 special. I had a $10 gift certificate that I was told I couldn't use because it was a special! I didn't want to cause a scene and my kids were already eating their ice cream so i didn't argue. Also the ice cream was already melting from the time i paid at the register to the front door. About 5 feet. We will not be back! Very disappointed.
This place is a joke. I received a $10 gift certificate for being new in the area. This was total unsolicited. It even says that it spends like cash and there is no small print. After I ordered I was told that I couldn't use the gift certificate because there was a special going on for $1.31 scoops. I told the young girl that I would gladly pay the normal cost( a whole .50 cent more) and she refused and told me there is nothing she can do. I walked out because this was totally false advertisement.
Staff is very friendly, good atmosphere and great ice cream!
Are you ignorant? Want a place to go everyday? I suggest getting a so called job at the Baskin Robbins on San Rittenberg! Usually there are young people working. Usually no problem. Today an ignorant girl that couldn't take direction nor understand. Totally clueless. Probably the worse part was the fact that she still doesn't have a clue. I left what I ordered (because it was not correct) and left. Told the gentleman to screw it and to screw her! No refund - no nothing! If you are stupid - at least listen!
