Update: the Owner made things right. She refunded the pre-made cake I purchased AND made the cake I originally ordered. Will definitely give them another chance in the future. Pre-ordered a cake IN PERSON with the OWNER for my Mom’s birthday and when I went to pick it up there was no order made for me. Very disappointed as this cake meant a lot given my Mom is battling terminal cancer :( I ended up buying a pre-made and was not even offered a discount or anything! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
