I'm not one to write negative reviews as I consider myself a reasonably understanding person... HOWEVER I will say I walked out today(JULY 1ST 2022) due to rude service and was very disappointed being my 1st time at a baskin robbins and also being my birthday. 1. WE WERE NOT GREATED/WELCOMED AT ALLLL.. after being there for maybe 2 mins we received an "I'll be with you in a minute" I brushed that off my shoulder and said "No problem, take your time". 2. Three employees so service was fast and they offered free samples on things. Very cool place to get ice cream. Very affordable as well
This place is gross. Dirty counters, glass was covered in fingerprints and smudges and floors were sticky like they havent been cleaned for awhile. Horrible service from the staff. Really awful ice cream that is more ice than cream or flavor. Go anywhere else if you want a quality product and to be treated well.
