If I could give no stars I would. I went to pick up my birthday cake today that I ordered online and was told that my order wasn’t going to happen because the lady who makes the cakes is on vacation. How can you run a business like this?! Now I have to take more time to request a refund by calling the main number because the store couldn’t give me a refund since I place the order online. Absolutely terrible.
Worst experience
Went there to get an ice cream sundae for my grandmother, since those are her favorite. AFTER requesting a sundae and scooping the ice cream, the worker told me they were out of hot fudge. I asked if they had caramel and she said they were out of that too….she ended up putting chocolate syrup, which really isn’t the same. I get that stuff happens, but how does an ice cream shop run out of those key ingredients? And the way she handled it could have been better.
