3 times I went back to tell them my fries weren't cooked. One or two would've been ok, but all of them? I WILL NOT GO BACK...

I visited this establishment weekly. Although the assistant manner was friendly the girl working there dies not need to work with the public. I think her name was Crissy. She never smiled, acted as if we we'd a burden to her to wait on us. Then when I was told regular scoops was $1.50. We got 2 scoops. She rang up 2 scoops for $3.29 when I brought it to her attention she pointed at sign in back that showed they were regularly $3.59 I asked Welp isn't $1.50 + $1.50 = $3.00? I order an ice cream cake from this location every year. My son and I have celiac disease and can't have cake (made with wheat flour). I usually order a cake with double ice-cream (no cake) and this year (due to new management) this location told me they could not do this for me anymore. (And, yes, I am totally willing to pay more for double ice-cream.) We will have one disappointed 3 year old. This location has lost our business.
