I and my family have been coming to this BR for years. They currently have a newer crew who do not care about quality. The store is dirtier and getting more run down. On top of all of that there is a "homeless" man there for the last month or so that sits at the tables and asks for money. He also has been seen fighting "someone" invisible? I no longer feel safe going to this store.
Smaller location on the North West side of ABQ. Person attending was great! He was hospitable, kind and patient. Definitely a lot tighter than most locations but looked very clean. Enough seats if you're enjoying your selection indoors but felt cramped. Ice cream is consistently great in any variety you want, shakes are the best.
I'm a colon cancer survivor and if you spend more than 15 minutes using the restroom here they make it a big deal. I shouldn't need to reveal my personal information but the kid that was working lacks decency.
The place was very very clean the attendance were very knowledgeable at their jobs very friendly. I ordered donuts and ice cream and the clerk was very helpful and kind.. and patient.
