RecommendedStaff is always really friendly here! Kids love to take walks to Baskin Robbins. Benches outside make it easy to sit and finish your ice cream.
I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband. I asked if they could do something that was more WV themed. The cake I picked up was AWESOME and my husband loved it. They are wonderful and went that extra bit to make it great!
First experience with this Baskin Robbins, as we are new to the area. After standing in line for a long time at the fireworks, they were still so friendly and professional as I asked about allergen info for my daughter that's allergic to egg. After placing my order they informed me their card machine was down. Having no cash, they were gracious at letting us keep our ice cream. I made it right this morning by going to the store to pay for what we had last night. Will undoubtedly visit again! Thank you so much!
