Shame on you for forcing high school kids to work until midnight on a school night. You clearly have older staff that are more than capable. Set a better example and show them you value their education. So disappointed.
Always friendly, the cakes I've ordered have always been wonderful. And my cappuccino blast are always awesome. Love, Ryan & Katjo their the best.
Freezer burnt ice cream in a way over baked cake = Dry, crusty and not so good.
Customer service is hit and miss. We came in 45 minutes before closing and the workers were annoyed that we were there. The whole store was disheavled and they were very unwelcoming. If you don't wan't customers to come in then lock the door!
They did a fantastic job making the cake for my best friends bridal shower. Everyone there raved this cake. Several said it was the best ice cream cake they had ever had. Thank you for doing such a great job!
