My son came in to pick out his own 5th birthday cake on Thursday July 19 to be picked up at 2pm Tuesday July 24. (5 days advance notice) On July 24 at 2pm, with 20 kids waiting, I arrived to pick up the cake and not only was it not ready, and wouldn’t be ready in time for his party, but nobody called to tell me it wasn’t ready and the woman at the counter couldn’t care less about the awful situation. The friendly staff specially Nicole went for an extra mile to make us feel at home and well served. I saw that a lot of customers frequently drop by to the ice cream place now I know why...because of the wide selection ice cream flavors and the accommodating staff therein. Keep up the good job 👍

Bad business, was served hair in the ice cream, and would not refund the money. But they do ask if you want another one!
