Went by today to buy flowers. The web says closes at 4 but closed at 2. Terrible way to run a business. Won’t try to use again!
I want to express my dissatisfaction with “Baskets to go and More” flower shop in Nogales AZ, 981 N Grand Ave 85621. Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away April 13. I decided to look for a flower shop and was referred to “Baskets to go and More” by Martinez Funeral home on Monday April 15,2024. By far one of the best florist!! Customer service was amazing, so kind and accommodating! Delivery was exceptional and the arrangement they did for my Moms birthday was breathtaking! Thank You so so much! You guys are the greatest!
Susie was such a joy to work with! I gave her bits and pieces of our vision and she and her staff made it reality. Wonderful customer service, flexibility and assistance. Defiantly working with her again!
Let me start by saying that supporting our community is important to us, in planning our wedding..I am sure this business is capable of a lot of things; but speaking English is not one of them. I have attempted to call as well as walking in, and have not reached someone who speaks English. Slightly discouraging. This place is also a company who was recommended by our chosen venue.
